| "While I enjoy directing and staying
behind the camera, I am equally passionate about acting. Convincing
an audience that they see the character instead of me is a great
quest." John has been acting in his own short films since he
was 12 and has not been able to shake his passion for filmmaking
throughout the years. "While I enjoy the challenge of acting-without-a-net
on stage, my preference is for the intimacy of acting for the camera.
If I don't believe that I'm the character, the audience won't either.
The symbiotic relationship between actors during the take, enabling
